INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup Semolina  (roasted)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2-3 tsp ghee
  • 1tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 pinch kesar
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 TSP chopped dry fruits

PREPARATION

    In a wide pan.add 3cup water and boiled, Add 2pinch kesar and mix well.

    Once the sooji is cooked/ thickens, Add sugar, keep stirring continuously.

    Add ghee and mix well.then add cardamom power and mix gently.

    Finally garnish with chopped dry fruits enjoy.
