Rava Laddu By VIJAYALAKSHMI

Easy to make. Suitable for child to adults

INGREDIENTS

  • Rava 200 gm
  • Sugar one cup
  • Condensed milk 100 ml
  • Grated coconut - one cup
  • Roasted cashew, Almond

PREPARATION

    Roast the rava with two teaspoon of ghee in a pan over mild flame.

    Add boiled sugar syrup over the rava and stir it well. Then slowly add condensed milk and milk well to a consistency to form as laddu.

    Add grated coconut and then roasted cashews, almond. Mix it well.

    Apply some ghee in palm. Make as laddu .
