Ragi Chocolate Ladoo recipe By Shubham Dhama

A family diwali tradition. My mom's Ragi Chocolate Ladoo recipe, we make them every year for diwali.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 kg Ragi flour
  • 200gm Cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered Sugar
  • 1.5 cups Cashews

PREPARATION

    Roast Ragi flour and add some Ghee. Roast it till the aroma spreads around.

    Remove the pan and set aside. Take Cocoa powder and Sugar, mix well together.

    Add the mixture to the roasted ragi flour, along with crushed cashews .

    Mix well with hand.
  5. 5

    Roll the flour into delicious ladoos.
