Puffed Rice Upma By Prathamesh Palkar

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Puffed Rice
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Fried Gram
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/3 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp Channa Dal

PREPARATION

    Add water to puffed rice in a bowl.

    Blend inside a blender to make a paste out of the puffed rice and fried gram.

    Then in a pan fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dals, peanuts and then add onions and tomatoes.

    Let this saute till the sides rise up. Then add salt to taste.

    Mix the rice puff paste and cook again, turn off the flame and sprinkle gram flour and coriander leaves, combine and serve!.
