    Sabse pahle medium Aaj per bartan rakhen bartan Mein dudh ubalne ke liye rakhen Jab dudh mein ubal aane lage to ismein pila rang dal kar spoon se milye, dudh mein ubal aane ke bad आच band karde, Jab dudh Thanda Ho Jaaye to usmein Ek chammach vinegar dalna hai, dudh pura fat Jaaye Ek saaf kapde se छानते hue Upar Thanda pani dalna hai, ab fate Hue Dudh ka sara Pani Chhod lena hai, aadhe ghante ke liye Chhod dena hai, Iske bad Pati Hue dudh ko ek nikal kar Hathon se acche se मैश Aate Ki Tarah gankar Chikna karna hai, mishran mein se Thoda Thoda Bhag Hathon Mein Lekar chhote chhote balls banae.

    ईसके बाद चाशनी बनाये ,कढाई लेकर उसने 2 कप Pani dalkar garm Karen ke liye rakhe, चाशनी ubal aane ke bad Kesar aur taiyar kiye Hue bol ismein Daal De , कढाई Ek plate Lekar 10 se 15 minute Tak dhakkan Rakh kar pakana hai, तयार समय के बाद आच बंद करणे ,और थंडावा होने के लिये रख दे green pista , taiyar hi rajbhog😋.
