Prawn chicken egg fried rice By Foodie Sivagami

INGREDIENTS

  • Basmati rice-1 cup, chicken-150gm, prawn-150gm, water-as required, garlic-5 teeth, red chilli paste-1/2 tsp, egg-2 nos., pepper powder-1 tsp, rosemary-a pinch, salt-1 tsp, spring onion-1cup, ghee-1 tsp, oil-50ml.

PREPARATION

    Heat oil & ghee and add garlic, chicken, prawn, scrumbled egg,salt-1/2 tsp, spring onion, red chilli paste and cook it well for 10 minutes. After that add boiled basmati rice and add the salt 1/2 tsp. Close the vessel and cook in low flame for five minutes.
