INGREDIENTS

  • 1)Potato
  • 2)salt
  • 3)cumin
  • 4)zeera
  • 5)hing
  • 6)curry leaf
  • 7)green chilly
  • 8)giner
  • 9)garlic
  • 10)onion
  • 11)besan
  • 1chilly powder
  • 13)turmeric powder
  • 14)coriander leaf

PREPARATION

    Step-1 Make a paste of besan.Add water ,began according to consistency, chilly powder,turmeric powder, salt, zeera ,hing.

    Step-2 Now make vada.

    Step -3 In a pan take oil and add on some cumin ,curry leaf, coriander leaf,ginger and garlic and boiled potatoes. Add salt to taste.

    Step-4 Now make round of potato .

    Step-5 Keep the oil to heat .
  6. 6

    Step-6 dip the vada Into the bean batter and slowly drop in the oil.

    Step-7 Let it cook until golden in color.
