Pizza Dough By Tina Chakraborty

It's an easy to bake pizza dough that can be stored and used for pizza making.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gm Tomato
  • Tomato garlic sauce
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1.5 Cup Flour
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

    Take flour in a Bowl. Add salt and baking powder. Whisk everything.

    Whisk curd nicely. Add oil slowly in it.
  3. 3

    Pour it slowly in the flour bowl. Start kneading.
  4. 4

    Make the Dough neither soft nor hard.
  5. 5

    Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle flour and knead again.
  7. 7

    The dough is ready.
