Pink Sauce Pasta By Aarya Redij

It's has a mix of both the Indian gravy version and the Italian pure one

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 handful of pasta
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • ½cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Pasta Pizza Sauce
  • Salt

PREPARATION

    Boil the pasta strain and brush it with oil and keep it aside.

    In a pan saute capsicum and onion.
  3. 3

    Add 2 table spoon of Pasta Pizza Sauce and mix well .
  4. 4

    Now switch the gas after 2 minutes and keep it aside.
  5. 5

    For the white sauce we need 1 tablespoon flour and butter. Put it in the pan and let it come together.

    Add milk and keep stiring.
  7. 7

    Make sure there are no lumps.

    Now add cheese to this .
  9. 9

    Add the pasta in the sauted vegetable and pasta sauce.

    Mix it .

    Now add white sauce.
  12. 12

    Taste it and add salt as much required .

    Serve hot.
