Pav bhaji By Bharti Goel

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 onion
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 spoon red chilli powder
  • 2 spoon pavbhaji masala
  • 2 butter cube
  • As required coriander leaves
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 packet pav burger

PREPARATION

    Take cooker put green peas, cauliflower, carrot, beetroot, and potatoes and water, and keep for 2 vessels.

    Take Kadai put butter, and onion, and keep till the onion changes to pink add capsicum and add tomatoes, and put a little salt.

    Keep for 5 minutes and add boiled veggies and beet it with a beater.

    Add salt, red Chilli powder, and pav bhaji masala and mix well.

    Keep the lid on it and leave for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Heat the tawa roast the pav burger both sides till golden brown..

    Your yummy pav bhaji is ready to Serve.
