Papad paneer with some mint chatni By Ayushi A

Cut the paneer from middle and fill some mint and peanut chatni then marinate the paneer with curd and all the spices then fry with crushed papad on it and serve hot with some mint chatni and peanut chatni.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100gm paneer , peanut, mint , coriander , spices , curd , papad, green chilli , garlic.
  • Olive oil, butter , black pepper. , chaat masala, amchur .

    First cut the paneer and fill mint pudina chatni and marinate it with curd and wrap it with crushed papad .

    Then heat the pan and shallow fry it with some oil and butter. And then serve it hot.
