Papad Paneer Rock n Roll By Girish Bhambhani

Unique receipt where Sindhi papad is used to create one of it’s kind paneer starter

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams paneer
  • 2 teaspoon corn floor
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 0.5 tea spoon
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Papad crushed and also whole

PREPARATION

    Mix paneer, black pepper and corn floor together to BR mashed as balls.

    Crush the raw papad and put the round balls / long cylinder shaped balls .
  3. 3

    Fry the rolls at medium to high flame .
  4. 4

    Take the deep fried rolls and put it on deep fried papad as base .
  5. 5

    Serve jointly with mint chunti and ketch up.
