Paneer Tikka is everyone's favourite dish in my family it's an Indian dish made everyone's favourite paneer and also it's an healthy option.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 medium spoon tandoori masala
  • Salt a per taste
  • 1 small spoon gingergarlic paste
  • 1 pinch red food colour
  • 250 gems paneer
  • 1 whole capsicum
  • 1 whole tomato
  • 10grm Mustard oil
  • Butter

PREPARATION

    Cut all the veggies & paneer into a dice & keep it aside.
  2. 2

    Take bowl add curd , tandoori masala, salt,food colour ginger garlic paste, mix well all the ingredients.
  3. 3

    Now heat up mustard oil & pour it into a mixture.
  4. 4

    Rest the whole mixture for 30 minutes into refrigerator.
  5. 5

    After 30 minutes put one by one into sticks & grease with butter then grilled or roast them according to your convenience.
