In a pan , dry roast all the whole spices , then fry onion julienne until it turns golden brown, now fry paneer cubes until it turns golden.

Now In a handi take 5tbsp of oil and add jeera , let it crackle . Now add onion puree and saute after 5 min add tomato puree and all powdered masala and cook until the oil separates. After the oil comes up and hot water to settle the consistency.

Now add fried onion julienne and paneer to the gravy , cover and cook for 15 min . Finally add kasoori methi and fresh coriander. Serve with tandoori roti .
