Healthy palak thepla is easy to make and looks yummy in colour also...This is very delicious recipe from state of gujrat which is full of nutrients . It is very easy to make . You can make it for lunch or kids tiffin box .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1bunch palak
  • 4green chill
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp Desi ghee
  • 2tsp besan
  • 2 bowls wheat flour
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

PREPARATION

    Wash and palak. Peel the onion and finally chopped. Chopped Green chilli.

    .In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, besan and all dry spices and chopped methi, palak. Add water and Knead a dough.
  3. 3

    Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Roll with rolling pin. Heat tava and put the thepla on it. With Desi ghee fry both sides.

    Palak ka Thepla is ready to serve with butter ,sabji and curd as you wish.
