Orange sunset delight By Darshana sanghvi

It's a tangy juicy recipe full of fruits enjoyed by kids in all festive seasons

INGREDIENTS

  • Orange juice 2 cups/ tang orange packet 2
  • Cornflour 2 tsp
  • Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
  • Melted vanilla icecream 2 cups
  • Chopped mangoes 1 cup
  • Chopped bananas 1 cup
  • Chopped chikus 1 cup
  • Green grapes cut into half 1 cup
  • Tutti frutii 4 tbsp
  • Grated almonds 3 tbsp

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    In a pan mix orange juice with powdered sugar ,to this add cornflour slurry ,whisk all well,cook it on low flame till it gets a bit thick,let this mixture come to room temperature .

    If u take tang orange packets ,take the powder in a pan ,add water 2 cups,whole sugar ,heat this mixture on low flame,then add lastly cornflour slurry to it ,cook it.let this mixture come to room temperature .

    In a serving jar pour this orange juice mixture,then arrange 2 nd layer of each chopped fruits 4 tbsp respectively.

    Then add melted vanilla ice ream on it 1/2 cup.

    Then again arrange a layer of each chopped fruits 4 tbsp respectively .

    Then add 1 cup melted vanilla icecream on it.

    Now again arrange 1/2 cup chopped fruits each respectively as 6 th layer.

    Now pour 1/2 cup of orange juice on it.

    Now again arrange remaining all chopped fruits on this as 8 th layer .

    Now pour remaing melted vanilla icecream on it ,garnish it with tutti tutti and grated almonds.

    Serve chill.
