Let us make the batter. Take a bowl, add sugar powder, hung curd, orange zest, mix well. Now add melted butter, beat the batter well.

Sift the dry ingredients like all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt.

Then add the dry mixture, orange juice and few drops of orange food colour. Mix in one direction to make a smooth batter. Pour the batter in a Loaf Tin. Tap into twice. Bake in preheated microwave at 200℃ for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, it is done. Allow cake to cools completely on a wire rack. The cake must be completely cools, cut the slice. Serve it.
