INGREDIENTS

  • 500 kg Biryani rice
  • 3/4 kg Mutton
  • 250 g Small onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • as required Curry leaves
  • as required All spices
  • as required Oil
  • As per taste Salt
  • as required Garam masala
  • as required Turmeric powder
  • as required Chilli powder
  • as required Coconut
  • As Required Ginger garlic paste

PREPARATION

    500 kg Biryani rice 3/4 kg Mutton 250 g Small onion 2 Tomato as required Curry leaves as required All spices as required Oil As per taste Salt as required Garam masala as required Turmeric powder as required Chilli powder as required Coconut As Required Ginger garlic paste.

    First boil the mutton curry for 15 mins..after that above I mentioned the all items into the pan one by one cook it well and finally add the coconut grained it well.. Step 2 For Biryani preparation first wash rice and soak it for 30 mins.. Step 3 Then heat the pan put the fennel seeds, garlic and ginger paste, onion deep fry..and add the masala with water as required if it's boil put the mutton and finally add rice as well..it will take 20 mins..finally ready to serve..
