Modern cutlet paratha By Sujata Gandhi

Use wheat flour and regular iNGREDIENTs, available all time in home, less oil recipe, healthy for all

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bowl wheat flour
  • 4tb. Sp oil
  • 2 tb.
  • 2 tb. Sp gram flour
  • 1 tb. Sp crush cumin
  • 1 tb. Sp crush carom
  • Half bowl chopped coriander
  • 1/2tb.sp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tb. Sp turmaric powder
  • Salt as your test
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 tb. Sp mustered seeds
  • 1/2 tb. Sp cumin
  • 1/2 bowl chopped onion
  • 1/2 bowl green peas
  • 2 bowl slide potatos
  • 1/2 tb. Sp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tb. Sp turmaric powder
  • Salt as your test
  • 1 cup water
  • Coriander chopped
  • Tomato souce
  • cheese

PREPARATION

    First we make cover step 1-2 bowl wheat flour, 2 tb. Sp gram flour, 1/2tb.Sp crush cumin, 1/2 tb. Sp crush carom, 1/2 bowl coriander, 1/2 tb. Sp red chilli powder, 1/2 tb. Sp turmaric powder, salt as your test, 2 tb. Sp oil, water as required and make soft Dow, last add 1 tb. Sp oil on dow and make it soft, rest for 20 min.

    Step 2 ,make potato filling- 1 tb. Sp oil, 1/2 tb. Sp mustard seeds, 1/2 bowl chopped onions, add 1/2 bowl green peas, mix all ingredients, add 2 tb. Sp water as required, half cook green peas then add 2 bowl potato slide, 1/2 tb. Sp red chilli powder, 1/2 tb. Sp turmaric powder, salt as your test, 1 cup water, cover for 5 min, after cooked our potato slide then switch off the gas and add chopped coriander.

    Step2 -2 tb. Sp gram flour.

    1tb.sp crush carom.

    1/2 tb. Sp red chilli powder.

    salt as your test.

    Step 3 let's make our cutlet paratha - get the wheat dow and make roti and cut their sides and make the shape of square and pour tomato souce then add potato filling and cover all the sides by spoon then take a pan on the gas and add 1 tb spoon oil and rost your cutlet then garnish with cheese.
