Mexican Burritos with an Indian twist By 0159_DEEPTI SINHA

INGREDIENTS

  • 100gms Cooked Kidney beans as per your taste
  • 100gms Sauteed Bell peppers and caramelized onions
  • 50gms Salsa
  • 80gms Grilled Cottage Cheese
  • 30ml Mint and Cilantro Dip
  • 3 Whole wheat flatbreads

PREPARATION

    Take a platter and place one flatbread on it.

    Spread some mint and cilantro dip on the flatbread.
  3. 3

    Place the salsa along with sauteed bell peppers and caramelized onions.

    Add in the cooked beans and grilled cottage cheese.
  5. 5

    Fold the edges of the wrap and place it on a grilling pan.

    Grill it for 5 minutes and serve hot with mint dip and some fresh lime cordial.
