This is a real mouth watering dish. These kebabs are so delicious and soft and melt immediately in your mouth. These veg shami kebabs can easily be served as an equivalent to non-veg kebabs because they provide the same rich experience.

INGREDIENTS

  • Masoor Dal 300 gm
  • Onion 100 gm
  • Garlic 15 Whole
  • Ginger 25 gm
  • Green Chilly 5 pieces
  • Amchoor 2 tbspn
  • Onion to fill 150 gm
  • Green Dhania
  • Garam Masala
  • 1Salt

PREPARATION

    Add 1 bowl of water, Sabut Masoor, Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Green Dhania in Pressure Cooker and Boil for 20 minutes.

    Let the mixture absorb all the water and put off the cooker.

    Now add salt and garam masala in above mixture.

    Now in a separate pan, take a very small amount of refined oil, add finely chopped onion and half fry the onion.

    Now cut Green chilli, Dhania and add in the pan.

    Now, add Add 1/2 tbsp salt, amchoor powder in the pan.

    Now make kebabs by adding above mixture in pan with the grinded mixture prepared in Step2 and 3.

    Take the tawa and let it heat for few minutes.

    Now add some oil in tawa and fry the kebabs till they get Red.

    Garnish the kebabs with Dhania add serve with green chutney and round-cut onions.
