  • 1 litre milk
  • 8-10 tbsp Sugar
  • A pinch of Saffron (soaked in water)
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  • 1 cup Mango pulp

PREPARATION

    Procedure Ek bowl me chawal ko bhigo ke 1 ghnte k liye rakhe. Fir paani nikal kr uska paste bna le. Ek kadhai me doodh daal kr usse ubale, fir chawal ka paste daal kr usse kaam aanch pr pakaye. Doodh gaadha ho jaane pr gas band krde aur usse thanda hone de. Fir usme mango pulp aur kesar daale aur achhe se mix kre. Fridge me achhe se thanda kre aur kaju se saha kr parose.
