Take some ice cubes in a bowl and ghee and cool it by ice then add milk and mix it well so there won't formation of lumps then add gram flour and mix it again.

Now take ghee in a pan for frying when ghee gets hot add the batter spoon by spoon to get that awesome texture of ghevar which will form by mixture. Keep repeating this to make a disc .

Other side we'll make a sugar syrup for that 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup od water is required. Heat this and make sugar syrup .

For Randi as well take a milk in pan and reduce till one - fourth then add sugar khaya cardamom and saffron strands .

Now take fried ghevar put sugar syrup on it. Coat it well then add fresh Rabdi and garnish it with some almond slices and dried rose petals.
