INGREDIENTS

  • 2 big onion cut in diced
  • 2 big tomato paste
  • Malai half bowl
  • Taij pata 2no,
  • Green caradoman 4 no
  • Clove 2
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Ginger 1TSP paste
  • Red chilli according to tase
  • Degi mirch 1tsl
  • Kasturi methi 1tsp
  • Corriander powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1tbsp

PREPARATION

    Cut onion in diced.

    Heat oil put cumin ,green caradoman,taij pattaatt .

    After 30 second Put diced cut onion in pan .
  4. 4

    Roast onion till onion become transparent not too much.
  5. 5

    Now add salt,redchilli,degimirch and turmeric .
  6. 6

    After half minute add tomato puri and tomato sauce .
  7. 7

    Mix all and covered pan for only one minute.
  8. 8

    After one minute put malai in it and mix it properly .
  9. 9

    After 2 minute add coriander powder and kasturi methi .
  10. 10

    Mix all and covered pan for one minute .
  11. 11

    Garnish with green coriander.
