INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fenugreek leaves/ methi bhaji
  • 1 cup maize flour
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped green corainder leaves
  • 1 tbsp green garlic chilli ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • Salt to taste as required
  • Ghee as required

PREPARATION

    In mixing plate add all mentioned ingredients except ghee and wheat flour. Mix well.
  2. 2

    Add little little water and bind into semi stiff dough. Divide into 2 equal portions balls.
  3. 3

    Roll each with help of dry wheat flour into round thick roti.
  4. 4

    Dry roast on both sides on griddle.
  5. 5

    Apply ghee and serve hot with Lasooni Palak.
