In a bowl add all purpose flour and Salt, mix well then add cold butter, mix well until flour and butter comes together and add cold water and pulse for few times just until the dough comes together .

Sprinkle some flour on a surface to knead lightly then roll the entire dough Fold the dough in half and then half again and then cover it with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1/2 hours ( repeat the process four time.

Heat ghee in a pan add boiled Chana dal and stir it now add jaggery powder and stir it for few minutes until mixture prepare medium thick and transfer it to a bowl add cardamom powder and poppy seeds, mix well and keep aside let it cool down at room temperature .

Dough remove from fridge and on a lightly sprinkle flour on a surface and then roll the entire dough medium thin then take a square cutter and press it on the top .

Now square place on surface and place the stuffing to one side and fold on one side to close the parcel and stick up the edge with water .

Parcel place in the banking tray and apply some milk on top and sprinkle poppy seeds .

Now place in the preheated oven for 180 degrees to 25 to 30 minutes .
