Lauki halwa By Richa Nanu

Easy to make this dessert.. It's very healthy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm lauki
  • 2tbsp ghee
  • 100 gm khoya
  • As required sugar
  • 1tsp cardamom powder
  • 300 ml milk
  • Handful Dry fruits

PREPARATION

    At first, peel and grated the bottle gourd properly. Take a kadhai add milk. Let it boiled in low flame till thick. Add grated bottle in the milk and food colour. Stir continuously in low flame.

    After dry milk add khoya, sugar, cardamom powder and mix everything well.

    Now add chopped dry fruits and mix well. Bottle Gourd Halwa is ready now. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits and enjoy....
