INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups freshly chopped coriander, 1 cup besan (gram flour), 1 tbs rice flour, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, As required, Garlic-Ginger and green chili paste, 1tsp sugar, salt to taste, oil to fry

    Firstly, in a big bowl, add Besan, rice flour , red chili powder, turmeric powder, and sesame seeds, along with ginger-garlic-green chili paste , salt, and sugar. Then add roughly chopped coriander and mix everything properly. Heat 2 tbsps hot oil in the mixture. Mix everything well, add water a required. It should have a dough kind of consistency. Now, make the medium-sized tight rolls of the mixture and keep it aside. Grease the pressure cooker container with little oil and place the rolls. Let it steam for 15 minutes in an idli steamer or pressure cooker without using the whistle for 10-15 min. With the coverd lid Remove the container and let it cool. Later, cut into round pieces. Heat oil and deep fry these Wadi. Serve hot with green coriander chutney...
