Take rice, chana dal, meethi dana, wash it and soak it for 24 hours and then after the soaking now take the material and blend it to make an paste add some salt as per your taste. Now fermented them again for 24 hour's and 1 perpare the potato filling take a pan and heat them add oil then add mustard seed, chana dal, Curry leaves, then add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, now add chopped onions mix it and then add boiled potatoes and mix it and off the flame. Now for coconut🥥 chutney take mixer grinder add coconut, green chilis, salt and coriander leaves and blent it now it is ready take fermented batter take dosa tava spred on tava and cook it spred potato filling and roll it and it serve with coconut🥥 chutney really now it is ready to eat.
