Instant sooji chakli By Shishir K Bharadwaj

It's a South indian snack. Easy to cook and crunchy to eat

INGREDIENTS

  • Sooji - 1 cup
  • Rice Flour -2 cups
  • Butter - 2 tbspn
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt - To taste
  • Jeera - 2tbspn
  • Oil - To deep fry

PREPARATION

    Boil water and add butter.

    Once butter is melted add sooji and mix well to form a dough.
  3. 3

    Cool sooji and once it's warm add rice flour, jeera and salt and knead a tight dough.

    Add water, if required .
  5. 5

    Heat oil for frying .
  6. 6

    Add dough to chakli maker and make chaklis in round shape.
  7. 7

    Fry it in oil in medium flame till golden brown.
  8. 8

    Now, Instant sooji chakli is ready to serve.
