Indian style Nankhatai By Nikita Pahuja

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Maida
  • Half cup besan
  • 2 tbsp suji
  • Half cup powdered sugar
  • Half cup ghee
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Pistachios for top

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add Maida, besan, suji, powder sugar, salt and cardamom powder. Mix it well.

    Pour ghee slowly and kneed like a dough.
  3. 3

    Divide the dough in equal small portion.
  4. 4

    Shape round like a peda and top it with Pistachios.
  5. 5

    Place nankhatai in baking tray.
  6. 6

    Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes @180 C.
  7. 7

    Serve it with hot tea 🍵.
