Homemade chocolate & potato chips cake By Hiral Jaiswal

Combination of chocolate and salt 😌

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup maida
  • 3 tbps cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Melted chocolate
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Salted potato chips
  • White chocolate decoration

PREPARATION

    Take a Bowl .

    Add milk and sugar and also oil .
  3. 3

    Mix it well .
  4. 4

    Add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda .
  5. 5

    Add vanilla extract and pinch of salt .
  6. 6

    Mix all the ingredients .
  7. 7

    Add milk if needed .
  8. 8

    Bake for 40 to 45 min in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius .

    Cut into three slices.
  10. 10

    Apply chocolate ganache on each layer and crushed potato chips.
  11. 11

    Cover the cake with chocolate ganache and freeze it for 10 mins .

    Decorate the cake with white chocolate decorations and stick some crushed potato chips on the bottom of the cake.

    Serve it and enjoy .
