Healthy tacos from black chickpeas By Master Aditya

INGREDIENTS

  • One cup chopped onion, tomato, smashed boiled potato, capsicum, cabbage, coriander
  • Two cup boiled smashed black chickpeas
  • Half tea spoon Black pepper powder, Oregano, Chili Flakes, Salt, Garam Masala, Butter
  • Cheese, Sauces - Tandoori & Peri Peri
  • Tortilla - One cup -wheat flour, corn flour, Half cup- Maida, Raggi Flour, Salt, Oregano, Chili Flakes, Oil & Luke warm Water

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, mixed all veggies, smashed potato along with Chickpeas and spices, coriander. Do mixed all, hence stuffing will be ready.

    Tortilla preparation - All flour to mix along with salt, oregano, chili flakes & luke warm water, Semi tuff dough flour to maintain, grase oil & rest atleast 30min .

    Make Tortilla.

    Take a pan, put a butter bake a side of tortilla on small flame, turn other side & apply green chutney & sauces, put a half part stuffing on tortilla & cheese, fold a half part, and roast both side with butter.

    Healthy tacos is ready for eat with green chutney and sauces.
