HEALTHY SWEET POTATO BROWNIE ,gluten free,vegan,sugar free,flourless chocolaty dessert recipe By Subhashree Pradhan

These sweet potato brownies are amazing for your Sweet cravings. They come in handy especially when you are trying to maintain a diet. They are also richer and chocolaty.

INGREDIENTS

  • INGREDIENTS OF BROWNIE :
  • 2 cup mashed Sweet Potato (steamed until soft)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cacao Power (also use cocoa powder)
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery Syrup (melt it on low flame)
  • 1/2 cup Dates Paste (blended dates with little water)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • INGREDIENTS OF CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
  • 1/3 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Cacao Power
  • 1/2 cup dates Paste
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • INGREDIENT OF TOPPING:
  • 1 tablespoon Almond ,chopped

PREPARATION

    FOR MAKING BROWNIE:-Blend all Brownie ingredients in a blender till get a smooth batter.

    Put the batter in a baking tray and bake at 200 degree for 40 minutes.

    Keep a check on the brownie while baking. Use a knife or toothpick to check if it's done. It should be Crispy from top and soft from the inside.

    FOR MAKING CHOCOLATE SOUCE:-Boil water in a pan on a medium flame and add jaggery to it. Let the jaggery melt in the water.

    Add Cacao Power to the mixture slowly and keep stirring simultaneously for 10 minutes, till you get a thick Chocolate Sauce.

    Keep the mixture aside for cooling. Combine it with the Date paste.

    Cut the BROWNIE into squares and drizzle CHOCOLATE SOUCE on to along with chopped ALMOND and enjoy !.
