healthy roti cones By deepika parkhe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bowl sprouted mung
  • 1 bowl chopped spinach
  • 1 bowl paneer
  • 1 bowl boiled smashed potato
  • 1 bowl finely chopped carrots
  • 1 bowl finely chopped green beans
  • 1 bowl boiled sweet corns
  • half bowl finely chopped capcicum
  • half bowl oats
  • 14-5 wheat roti
  • 12 tsp chilli flakes
  • 11 tsp mixed herbs
  • 11 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1salt as per taste
  • 1maynonnaise
  • 1tomato sause
  • 1corn flour
  • 1oil for deep frying

PREPARATION

    in a pan, take heat 2 tbs oil, heat the oil, after heating.
  2. 2

    add green beans, carrots, sweet corns, capsicum, mung, fry then for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3

    after that add potato, paneer, spinach, fry them.
  4. 4

    then add spices, red chilli powder, salt, both as per taste.
  5. 5

    then add chilli flakes and mixed herbs, mix all of them very well, again fry for 2-3 minutes very well.

    turn off the gas, and cool down the stuffing.
  7. 7

    make 4 parts of roti.
  8. 8

    make thick corn flour paste, apply the paste to 2 sides of the triangular roti.

    paste 2 sides of roti on each other and make the shape cone.

    then fill the cone with the stuffing.

    after that coat the upper side of cone with oats.

    heat the oil or deep fry, then deep fry the cones till the colour of the cones become golden brown and the roti become crispy.

    after frying take the cones out and remove the access oil with the help of the tissue paper.

    for the DIP: take the mayonnaise and tomato Sause in equal quantity and mix them well, the dip is ready.

    tip: you can also shallow fry the cones and for diet conscious people you can air fry them.

    you can also add different types of Vegetables in the filling and you can also add cheese for children.
