1)300gms or 2cups wheat flour 2)semolina 1/4cup,salt 1/2tsp.3)carrom seeds 1/2tsp
4)Desi ghee 1/4cup to cook baati,luke warm water1/2cup5)haldi &baking soda 1/2tsp.
Preheat the OTG at 210degree c.uper &lower rods are on mode
5)For making dal ,taking regular arhar daal .simple tadka style.
6)In a pan add 1 tsp jeera ,1/2tsp hing ,2 red chillies,1/2 tsp jaggery
7)add dal in it,your dal is ready

In a one bowl add wheat flour,salt ,haldi ,Desi ghee,semolina mix it with water make a dough not so soft not so hard.

Devide into same parts,make a balls ,little bit press it with your thumb from center..apply ghee with brush.n take a tray apply some ghee on tray.n bake it.
