INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken-650gm
  • Onions-2 medium sized
  • Green chillies-3
  • Mint leaves-half bunch
  • Coriander leaves-half bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Salt-1tsp or as per taste
  • Turmaric powder-½ tsp
  • Sunflower Oil-4tbsp
  • Cumin powder-½tsp
  • Black pepper powder-½tsp
  • Garam masala powder-½tsp
  • Curd-200gm

PREPARATION

    Take a mixer jar to grind onions,mint leaves, coriander leaves,green chillies and grind well to make the green paste.

    Take chicken add salt,ginger garlic paste, turmaric powder mix with green paste and rest for 20 minutes.

    Heat the sunflower oil on medium flame in a non sticky kadai and include chicken mix let cook for 15 minutes with covered lid.

    Open the lid and add curd mix it well again let cook for 10 minutes with covering the lid.
  5. 5

    Later add cumin powder, black pepper powder and garam masala powder cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  6. 6

    Green chilli chicken is ready to serve.
