  • Maida ,ghee,sugar,pista, chironji, chandi ka wark, chilled water, chilled milk,ice cube,besan, lemon juice.

    Sbse pehle 3table spoon ghee lekr usme 5ice cube dalkr mixer mai chalange phir usme chilled milk 1katori dalkr mixer mai chumange phir usme 100gm maida lekr usmethodathoda maida dalenge or thodathoda thoda chilled water dalkr mixer mai chalate rahenge or ek patla sa ghol tayyar karenge.phir isme ek table spoon besan dalkr mixer mai ghumaynge bad mai ek table spoon lemonjuice mialyenge or mixer mai ghumaynge.

    Ab ek patele lekr usme aadhe se jayada refined oil ya ghee dalkr khoob garm kr lenge phir isme chammach se thoda sa ghol thodi uchchaye se thodathoda karke dalenge or ek ghera tayyar karenge phir ek dusre patele lekr usme ek tar ki chashni ko tayyar karenge or chashni ko thoda gunguna karenge phir is ghere pr dalenge or uper se khoya or rabdi dalenge or phir isme pista or chironji or chandi ke wark se garnish karenge.thanku.
