INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg carrot
  • 100 grms sugar
  • 750 ml milk
  • 2 cardamon
  • 5-7 tbsp ghee
  • Dry fruits
  • Khoya

PREPARATION

    Crush the carrot well.
  2. 2

    Take pan add ghee and add carrot.
  3. 3

    After few minutes, add milk and cardoman.
  4. 4

    Continue to mix it well for 15-20 mins.
  5. 5

    Add sugar.
  6. 6

    Mix well and add khoya and lots of Dry Fruit.
  7. 7

    Serve it hot.
