Fanta cake By Darshana sanghvi

It's a traditional recipe of making cakes as well as it's eggless and no oven method of baking cake

Serves6 Servings

Cooking Time20-25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gram refined flour
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 4tbsp whole sugar
  • 5 drops vanilla essence
  • 1/2 TSP baking powder
  • 150 ml Fanta cold drink
  • 50 gram amul butter
  • 1/2 TSP baking soda
  • 10 tbsp jam
  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut

PREPARATION

    Heat the butter in a pan,keep aside ,switch off the flame.

    On other hand seive seive refined flour ,baking soda and baking powder twice.
  3. 3

    Now in butter add condensed milk ,Fanta colddrink,and all other ingredients to the butter add mix properly.

    Now transfer this batter in greased cake tin.
  5. 5

    Now place this cake tin on a stand placed in preheated aluminium vessel .
  6. 6

    Cover this aluminium vessel ,don't put sand or salt at base of this vessel just place a stand and put the cake tin on it.

    Bake the cake on low to medium flame for 20 minutes .

    After 20 minutes check with tooth pick the middle portion of cake.

    Now the cake is baked.

    Unmould the cake from tin after 2 hours .

    Now apply jam after cutting cake into two slices and sprinkle dessicated coconut on it .

    Decorate cake with gems chocolate.
