Eggless Dry Fruit Cake By JUST JAISHREE

Fluffy, soft and moist cake without using eggs

Serves6-7

Cooking Time30-35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm + 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 60 ml butter (room temp)
  • 125 ml powdered sugar
  • 125 ml curd + 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50 gm tutti frutti and dry fruits
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 180 ml milk (room temp)
  • 11 tsp vinegar

PREPARATION

    Step-1 Take a bowl. Add tutti frutti and dry fruits and coat them in 1 tbsp flour.

    Step-2 Take a big bowl. Add butter and powdered sugar. Mix them till creamy. Add curd, condensed milk and mix it.

    Step-3 Take a sieve. Add all dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, milk powder, baking powder. Sieve them and add to wet ingredients in Step 2.

    Step-4 Add tutti frutti, dry fruits and vanilla essence. Add milk in small quantities to make ribbon like consistency.

    Step-5 Add vinegar and pour it in baking tray.

    Step-6 Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes.
