Eggless donuts By Pooja dwivedi

Simple & easy to make yet fantabulous! Foodies of almost every age absolutely love it! I learned this from zee zest channel via Indian food classics & the best BAKER's TABLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2cup lukewarm milk
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cup maida/refined flour &pinch of salt
  • 1/3rd cup powdered sugar
  • 4tsp unsalted butter
  • Dark chocolate & white chocolate ganache
  • Sprinkles

PREPARATION

    In bowl add lukewarm milk, sugar yeast. Mix well. Cover & keep aside for 8-10 minutes .

    In another bowl, add maida, pinch of salt, powdered sugar, mix well & Add bloomed yeast mixture .

    Mix until it forms dough. Knead for 5mins.

    Add unsalted room temperature butter(1 by 1.

    Knead well & Add butter. Knead until all batter is incorporated.

    Make a ball & cover for 1.5 hours. It should be doubled. Roll till 1/2 inch thickness. Cut 3-4inch circles. Make small holes.

    Cover & set them for 30-45mins.Fry them until golden.

    Make toppings of chocolate ganache. Dip them. Eggless donuts are ready to serve.
