INGREDIENTS

  • Digestive Biscuit 100 gm
  • Melted Butter 30 gm
  • Cream Cheese at room temperature 376 gm
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Castor Sugar 124 gm
  • Amul cream 100 gm
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Vannila essence 1 tsp

PREPARATION

    To make sour cream take amul fresh cream add vinegar. Microwave for 30 sec and let it sit for 10 min.

    Take a 6 inch tin line it with baking paper.
  3. 3

    Grind digestive biscuit, add melted butter and spread in tin. Keep it in fridge for 10 min.

    Mix cornflour and sugar and keep it aside.

    In other bowl whisk cream cheese. Slowly and gradually add castor sugar and cornflour mixture.

    Add Vannila essence.

    Lastly add sour cream (Amul cream and vinegar mixture). Combine well. And pour the batter on biscuit base.

    Preheat oven at 160 degree for 10 min.

    Bake in water bath for 50 to 60 min at 160 degree. Let it cool down. Rest in fridge for 2 hours.

    Serve with your favourite topping.
