Stuffing of pulp and egg together with cheese as an add on

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tamato with slices , 1 with pulp removed from it
  • Egg
  • Black pepper
  • Corrainder
  • Cucumber for plating
  • Green Chilli for plating

PREPARATION

    First remove tip of tamato then take out pulp from inside .
  2. 2

    Mix egg and pulp together .
  3. 3

    Now this mixture has to be stuffed inside again .
  4. 4

    On above that we need to grate some cheese.
  5. 5

    After grating of cheese heat it for 7-8 minutes in oven .
  6. 6

    After heating dish is ready for plating .
  7. 7

    We can start doing plating by placing stuffed tamato between as shown in picture .
