INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm flour,250gm suji,500 gm sugar powder,500 gm Desi ghee,all dry fruitlike almonds, cashew, kismish,makhana, white til, coconut powder.

PREPARATION

    First you have to mix flour and suji in to the pan.

    We have to roast it till light brown .
  3. 3

    Now add sugar powder and all dry fruits and we have to again roast it for 10 min .

    And now heat the Desi ghee and add in the mixture and now we have to give it a circular shape .and serve it and enjoy it.
