INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gram Fig (Anjeer)
  • 15-16 Pcs Dates ( Khajoor or ChuarWithout Seed
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins (Kismis)
  • 1/2 Cup Half Cutting Almonds (Badam)
  • 1/2 Cup Half Cutting Cashew (Kanju)
  • 1/2 Cup Half Cutting Pistachios (Pist
  • 3-4 Tbsp Pure Ghee

PREPARATION

    In A Mixer Grinder We Take Anjeer , Kismis , Khajoor Now We Grinde Them And Make A dry paste.

    Now Take a Fry pan add 1 tbsp Ghee And On low Flame We Roast Kanju Pista and Almonds Till Golden Brown In color .

    Now In a fry pan We Take 1 Tbsp Ghee And Add dry paste on low flame We Mix roasted dryfruites in it .

    Mix them properly .

    Now Take one Bowl We Put Some Ghee On it And Put Spread Paste In It .

    And Keep this bowl Inside Freezer For 1 Hour.

    Now Cut This Item In Barfi shape And served With your Family And Friends .
