Favourite of all.you can prepare this dish in low cost and you can enjoy in the morning at breakfast with tea or coffee with your family.

INGREDIENTS

  • Flour-1kg
  • Sugar-150gm
  • Salt-12gm
  • Milk-550ml
  • Egg-1nos
  • Yeast-25gm
  • Butter/oil-50gm/ml

PREPARATION

    -Scale all ingredients and sieve the flour.

    -Mix the yeast,sugar and warm water or milk together and leave it to activate the yeast.
  3. 3

    -Mix the activated yeast with dry ingredients and knead until it became a dough and add butter to make a smooth dough.

    -Keep the dough for 10 minutes to prove and gently punch the dough and again leave it for 10 more minutes to rest .

    -Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and roll it to 1/2 inch thickness.
  6. 6

    -Cut it with doughnut cutter and leave it for 1 hour to prove in a room temperature.

    -Heat the oil in a pan and start deep fry the doughnuts until it get golden brown.
