To make garlic butter: - 3 Tbsp Salted butter (at room temperatur- 1/2 pizza mix - 1 Tsp Crushed garlic
For topping: - Some chopped fresh coriander - 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese or pizza cheese - Some boiled sweetcorn - 2-3 Cloves of thinly sliced garlic - Some chilli flakes
PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients for dough and knead till soft. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.

Mix ingredients for garlic butter and keep aside.

After an hour when the dough is ready, split into 2 parts and roll pach like a paratha.

Brush some garlic butter towards the center. Grate 25 gms pizza cheese and top it with corn and coriander on one half of the rolled dough.

Rub the edges with water and seal into half properly.

Brush with garlic butter again . cut the surface with a knife and bake at 180 degrees i a preheated oven for 20-25 mins till brown.

Repeat the same for the other dough. Serve hot with mayo or dip of your choice.
