INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 4 tbsp boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 maggie
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 8 green elachi
  • 5 black elachi
  • 15 peppercorns
  • 10 cloves
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp corriander for garnish

PREPARATION

    Wash the basmati rice and keep it aside.

    Take a handi, add ghee, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and add the chicken.

    Let it cook at low flame.
  4. 4

    After the above ingerdients cook, than in the same handi, add chicken stock, black pepper, salt, maggie, green elachi, black elachi, peppercorns, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, and keep it on high flame until it boils.

    After the above mixture in the handi boils, add the basmati rice to it and let it cook at a low flame for 10 minutes.

    Lastly, garnish it will corriander.
