INGREDIENTS

  • Urad dal saoled in water
  • Oil
  • Curd
  • Imlie chutney
  • Tomato chutney
  • Chat masala
  • Dahi
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Red chilly powder

PREPARATION

    Grind urad dal in smooth paste add a pinch of baking soda and salt .

    Then take a pan and add oil and make vaada till brown .

    After vaadas are ready soak them in water which contain hing, jeera powder for five -ten minutes .

    Then removes excess water from. Vaadas and serve it by adding dahi , chutneys, coriander .
